Started thinking to change my web host.
I'd like to choose the one that offers 24/7/365 tech support via helpdesk, live chat or phone.
I've also found cddhosting.com and citynetworkhosting.com, would like to know your views on these web hosts.
Any help? How is their uptime and customer support?

Look at hosting which ifastnet.com provides.
They they provide a free domain name even with cheapest plan, they have PHP 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4 which you can choose in cPanel for your needs. Servers are very secure especially using the site lock which makes it impossible for hackers to exploit your scripts by fully locking all files uploaded so they can not be changed.

I believe you should compare offers and choose the suitable one. My recommendation is to get stable solutions provided by ViUX.com provider. They are offering low-cost cheap plans with all needed features and polite fast support.

Think that you will be pleased dealing with Dailyrazor.com as they offer nice web hosting (http://www.dailyrazor.com/) solutions.
Since 2001 they have been providing professional hosting services. It offers 24/7/365 tech support via helpdesk, live chat or phone.

I like it and highly recommend.

Price is always a factor in choosing web hosts. You would be fooling yourself if you told yourself otherwise (unless you have lots of money to burn). However, higher prices do not mean that you'll get a good web host.
