whats the best way to manage all your emails with one account ? how do u set it up ? i have a couple sites and its a huge hassle to check one by one...

Redirect? Had that option on a previous host, don't know if everyone offers it though.

i use thunderbird to read all my webmaster based emails at once

I use Microsoft Outlook Express 6 to view all my emails at once.

I use Outlook, and just have all my accounts set up in it.

Anyone worked out how to send emails to each address to a different folder?

Message Rules. I'm not sure how it is in Outlook, but in Outlook Express it's Tools > Message Rules > Mail. Then you can set up a rule for the "To:" line. Or if you have preset subject lines for form mails, you can run rules on the Subject line. There's a variety of ways to handle mail with rules, what to do with it, where to send it, etc.

Ah cheers mobilebadboy! Its Tools > Rules and Alerts > Email rules in Outlook for anyone else.
