A few days ago, the W3C Web applications working group released the official recommendation for Web Storage. The standard defines a set of standards for the Web Client API that is used to access persistent data in the form of key-value pairs stored in the data.

Web storage API allows Web applications to store the data in the Web client, despite the desktop and mobile browsers support the API for a long time, but want to achieve in this state for a period of time is needed.
