HTML5 and JavaScript and CSS associated technology can enables developers to run on any device development rich web applications, and more and more enterprises will join to HTML 5 wraps.

You forgot to indicate that although the HTML5 specification is now complete, it is still under the period of testing around Candidate Recommendation. This means that the HTML5 specification is only on its final draft. The official recommendation is yet to happen at the estimate year of 2014 — the final stop in the W3C's process.
