need ranking examples

I have a theory on how yahoo ranks pages. I need examples of sites that rank very well on yahoo for very competitive terms, and don't rank well on google. If you have such sites speak up and explain where do you get most of your links from.

Im #1 on Yahoo for house buying guide. No where on Google

Obviously most from Yahoo :) Do get a fair few from Google for gazumping though.

I think yahoo is more link text biased than google, but google is putting more emphasis on link text now.

Here is one search that is much different for the top ranked sites:

Yahoo's first 2 sites have nothing to do with swords, but are heavily weighted for "lord of the rings."

My travel content site has some good placements in Yahoo that don't do well in Google (other way around too, same site). Google seems to be doing some weird things in the travel search results, though.
