I want to say that 4goodhosting.com VPS deals (http://4goodhosting.com/VPS-web-hosting.html) will suit your needs more.
They have 100% uptime and their servers are rock-solid.

I believe you should look for reviews on them. I heard lots of positive on Kvchosting (http://www.kvchosting.com/) solutions which are provided with high available support and cheap featured plans, just give them a try.

Kvchosting.com is the best hosting company I have ever used. Go ahead and deal with them.
I have dealt with there customer service on several occasions for minor questions and problems (mostly stemming from my lack of knowledge on a particular configuration) and they were happy to fully answer my questions and provide me with code hints to make my site work right.

I wonder if the OP has already signed up with them?

I am going to use Kvchosting.com Cloud VPS solutions.
They've attracted me with high quality, positive reviews and nice features.

The most valuable negative reviews are the ones that portray both sides of the pictures because they are unlikely to be biased as they can see the good and the bad unlike the ones that are just really pissed at a particular host because they made one or two mistakes.

Begin with and maintain a clear and written understanding of all services and all charges for them. If questions still remain or some terms are unclear it is strongly advised that you ask for clarification before signing up for anything.

Don't sacrifice security and quality. It is not ideal to jump into affordable web hosts in which in the long run can lead to many problems such as web site accessibility and, worst, shutting down of web site.

Make sure that the host does not have blacklisted IPs. The host that you want to do business with would not be one that promotes illegal sites, spammers, or other security issues.

When you go to their homepage, do you feel like you are looking at a professional company that you could trust with your money and website? If no. Why? Is it because there website looks dodgy or because there terms and conditions seem to be very vague indeed.
