Sorry to say this Chris, your site's are back to PR6 because dmoz is down to PR9 again. Also dethfire no longer has a RR8 site...

Mine are the same.

Does that site use the updated datacentres results to determine results or is this simply an alternative to Google Toolbar or DigitalPoints tool?

And are you saying that the datacenters results from the other thread has gone live as mine haven't.

If it is right, all my sites have gone from 6 to 5. I'm really losing track of what's going on these days!

Mr Weeks said it was based on a few datacenters.

Chromate - PR7 sites are beating PR9 sites that are targetting the same keyword, no one knows whats going on...

Mr weeks also asked if he could dance with me in a PM. I think he's more confused than all of us ;)

:)

No, PR was updated. I'm not sure what datacenter certain people are using for their toolbar, which is why I directed individuals to pagerank.net -- it is correct.

PR has been bouncing back and forth frequently the last few weeks. I've bounced from 6-7-6-7-6-7 for the past few weeks.

Last time PR seemed to coincide with backlinks being updated which was why I was/am dubious that its all finished as my backlinks on g.com are different from the various other datacentres. :)

Remember PR is relative, the actual numbers matter little. Also remember it is just a piece of the pie. Every update people seem to forget this.

Yes there is a PR update... you obviously lost some links or the PR of the links you had lost some value. I don't think Chris is saying that this isn't a toolbar PR update.

Chris is saying pagerank is 'one of over a hundred' factors that google uses.

Are you sure you're not? I kept putting in the wrong code. It changes each time you wanna make a new query.

I really hate my PR now

it is 3 down to 1 at http://cie.uni.cc

and 3-0 at http://123go.2w.ca

:( :( :( I was getting more links, but for some reason they didn't do anything and my PR dropped for some reason..:(

Wow, this one took almost a full week for all the update to filter out. I lost a point on several sites, did anyone actually gain this one?

I did, on multiple sites.

visual intensity: PR4 - > PR5. Also got an index of all the new urls yesterday (just redesigned it a little over a week ago). Improved the site traffic almost 3x so far today. It had been in need of a redesign for years.

cosmic arcade: PR0 - > PR4 (main page), with alot of PR2 and PR3 subpages. Along with indexing the remaining pages on the site. Entire site is now indexed. All told, took a little less than 2 months.

degafan.com: PR2 - > PR3. In bad need of a redesign though, and next on the list.

My other sites are still fairly new, a couple of weeks old at best. Although one of them got over 60 pages indexed right away, so I'm looking for more out of that site soon.

This last update pretty much reversed the update before it. Lots of my sites went up 1 before, now it seems they've all gone down 1 again.

Went up on a few internal pages; 3-4 sort of range though....

Had a 3 become a 5... but the others remained the same.
