This is a Spanish video site. Videos are semi-automated. You have to login and click on the category for it to automatically post. I suppose it can be set totally automatic but I've never really tried yet. It requires minimum effort to maintain the site either way.
Why Sell?
I really don't feel like having so many lower end websites anymore. I have a few very large profitable sites that I'd like to just spend time on instead of messing with a bunch of smaller sites.
