I been mixing it up here and there

my primary target keywords are

car photos and car pictures

im like 20th for car photos

....im not sure what im doing wrong...

im a bit frustrated and confused..

Drop the URL in the title, for starters.

Yeah, like Shawn says, you should get rid of the domain name in the title. It depends how much you're focusing on your two main key phrases. You basically just want to remove anything that would dilute the strength of your main keywords. But remember you also want people to click, so make sure it stays interesting.

I recommend also doing a h1 tag with the title "Car Photos & Car Pictures" above where it says "Wecome to CarPhotoAlbums.com". You can style the H1 tags to your liking using CSS.
