Caching scripts & ads

Does using on a caching script (such as JPCache etc) on a site that shows ads, affect the ability to serve and track the ads?

In otherwords, if I use a caching script on a site that serves fastclick ads, will those ads serve & track properly?

Normally, yes. Because the caching script will cache the javascript used to call the ad, and not the ad itself. Therefore, every time the page is loaded from cache, the javascript loads the ad as per normal.
