You have 182 HTML coding errors and 211 warnings according to the W3C HTML Validator (http://validator.w3.org/). Need to work on cleaning those up.

You have used mostly fixed font size. This means is someone can't read your text and uses the View/Text size to try and enlarge it, it won't work in IE.

Not crazy about the turquoise blocks. Doesn't seem to fit with the red, black and white colour theme of the rest of the pages.

The links on this page are broken: makesureyourinsured.com/car.html.

This seems to be an affiliate promotion site. You are going to have to provide more useful information than a bunch of affiliate links to get people to read and come back to the site.

Hi,

Thanks for the response, have you looked at the 'company information' feature displaying the insurers current deal/offer?

We will soon be incorporating insurance voucher discount codes.

The majority of the errors are for java script which to be honest with you I haven't looked at thoroughly at this point in time.

We wanted to make a consumer friendly site that is real simple to get around with information, as personally we do not believe in price comparisons as they may not be the best price.

I will take a look at the coding errors, thanks for pointing them out and will try to rectify them as best I can, when you stated that, http://www.makesureyourinsured.com/car.html had broken links, how did you come to this conclusion?

Yes we are an affiliate driven site, but that's an added bonus for us, we just want to provide valuable information to the consumer, if you could maybe give us a few examples to things we could introduce that would be great!

Thanks again.

You need to include quality content if you expect to get any rankings in the search results and get people to stay on your site.

Look at the text only (http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:http://www.makesureyourinsured.com/car.html&hl=en&rlz=1T4GGLL_enCA358CA358&strip=1) version at Google. The car page looks like a link farm. There is no content for the search bots to read and evaluate.

About the broken links:

The relationship with this advertiser is no longer available.
;)

If you haven't heard of the Google Panda (a.k.a. Farmer) update yet, it is an update at Google to weed out low quality sites, mostly article farms but other sites got hit too. The only way to avoid falling into this clean up it to have quality original content.

Thanks for your comments, I have noted them and am currently atempting to make the changes now that I have some free time, can you suggest any ways to actually make an income with this website other than adsense, or will google adsense work at all with this type of niche.

thanks,

Very immature design and quality of the contents. Work on it. Such kind of website usually seems as scam. No heart feelings. It is my personal opinion
