Hello,
I would like to ask, are there any way to register the expiring domains quickly, or must wait untill be available to register again.??

After the domain expiring, it stay not available to register from around 3 months ( as i know) and then it'll be free to register again, my question is , Can i order or make an offer to register the domain before waiting all this time??

What's Backorder and is this help me to get the domain fast ??

Godaddy has a service where they will try to grab the domain for you as soon as they can. They charge about $50 and they might not be able to grab it.

It's worth it if you really need a specific one.
