How to Block Skype?

Anyone know how to block skype on a shared router? Its a shared router in a house. Skype cant be blocked via the ports or IP addesses, any suggestions?

I wonder if anybody is still using Skype, because at the moment there are a lot of different programs more useful than skype that are asking less data traffic. But I know for sure it is possible, when I did that few years ago I followed step by step https://www.router-reset.com/default-ip-address-list/Belkin , it is telling how to block it and how to manage to allow access to them. In case somebody is interested I will share with you how you can do that.
