Any recomendations for a reliable Social Bookmarking Service?

Most webmasters recommend Digg as one of the most reliable social bookmarking sites. Next is stumbleupon, usually it's webmasters second choice. Then other two famous sites are propeller and folkd.

I use a number of services that I found on Ebay. Of all of them the best I've found was of_the_mix. All their bookmarks have been picked up as backlinks and 3 months later they are still there. Some of them are not worth the money and don't do a very good job but these guys I would use again and recommend.
