Trying to make a Twitter page... any experts?

Hey all...

I have received help on many forums getting my website corrected and the flash right. Feel free to check it out in my sig here and give opinions. It's 100% but I'm not sure I fully like it. Thats something else....

Anyway, I am trying to make a more custom twitter page. I've read that you can make a really nice one with dreamweaver somehow. I'm wondering if anyone has any great experience. After doing some looking, I came across this website for reference.

Great templates right? Any one have any idea how to make templates like this?

I'd be interested to find out about this, too.

I tried uploading my own image, but it wasn't "multiplying" (I tried to make a wallpaper image).

So, I guess it's just a JPG that has to be a certain size. Haven't really spent much time trying, but if anyone has answers I'd also want to know...

You can "multiply" the twitter background in the twitter options.
