Okay I need help with something... Im making a site with dreamweaver and want to do it using CSS I made the standard layout I want on every page but for the god of me I cant seem to get to get the CSS file to work right...

here is my test page

I want exactly that on each page and will just add a logo later but for the god of me I cant do it.... this is my current CSS file

can anyone help me fix this and post it the correct way so it will work?

Aw, I can't get it the layout of your website. I can't view your CSS code :(. By the way please visit this website >>>> http://www.w3schools.com/Css/default.asp, I hope you can help this link for your problem.
