I keep getting the error 'unrouteable' when trying to send or recieve email. Is this because I have not set up a nameserver?

Probably more likely to do with your mx records.

I thought your server was supposed to be managed?

It is, although the main technical guys are from the UK, so they have finnished work.

Man, you are having a lot of trouble with this server... and for all the money you are paying for it, I would have gotton it from somewhere which had 24/7 support....

It does actually... Just not by the chat thing, the support email still works...

It's being sorted slowly... MySQL was fixed today...

My thought exactly. I've never had so much trouble with any of my cheap rackshack servers. They have more than 2 technical help people and they have people available 24/7.

Um, you are far more technical yourself than me though Chris... I wouldn't know where to start...

Does your server come with control panel software? Thats all you really need (to get things up and running).

I think he said cPanel in an earlier post.

CPANEL & WHM are installed and I have access to them.

The other people are technical, but Alec & Serge are extremly technical and get problems sorted out alot quicker...

I think some of the problem is they transfered my account from another server which had a different OS and different version of CPANEL.
