Not knowing how to start or build a website, where would you suggest one to go to learn and build a forum based website from ground up. I have a domaine name already registered and really want to do this from the ground up.. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Personally I'm a fan on PHPbb there are also a number of templates you can use at PHPbbhacks to customize the look of your site.
