Are TOS and Privacy Policies copyrighted?

I am creating a blog and I am trying to put together my TOS and privacy policies however I am not a lawyer nor do I really have access to one so how else would I go about getting these pages together for my site? I found a Privacy Policy generator but I wasn't a huge fan. I was looking at privacy policies and terms of service pages from similar sites, would I be breaking a copyright by using their policy since it is exactly what I need? I am aware of copyright laws but it seems as though these pages all have similar information just worded every so slightly different.

Any credible advisement anyone can provide with would be greatly appreciated!

Technically yes, you would be infringing someone's copyright.

On the other hand, the odds of you getting in trouble for this is slim.

I personally bought mine from a template package of legal documents years ago, and I use it on all my sites.
