I need help with layout

I'm a newbie to web design and I am having a problem with images on my site.
With IE when the window in full screen, my images are in proportion and everything looks good.
But when you make the window smaller the images don't change and everthing looks jumbled. I am using CSS to position the images

Please can anyone give my advise.

Image size does not change when you scale a window. Your problem is likely to be with the positioning you are using in CSS - Can you post a link to the page/site in question, or your style sheet, it would help.
