They are hitting my site's 'detail' page limits... I`m thnking content scrapers from India... anyone have any feedback?

THe content is USA based, specifically 100% California based.. makes NO SENSE that Sify.NET would have any interest inthis content OTHER THAN to scrape it.

Sify is the biggest ISP in Mumbai. It has 400 (I-way) franchisees in the city. In addition to that, over 1,000 cyber cafes use its services to provide Internet access to their customers.

Ban them.

On sites that are wholly US I am very draconian about banning foreign IPs, I've come to the same conclusion you have. They have no reason to be accessing the site, so they must be trying to rip it off (like so many Indians do).
