So if you could have any website software that does not exist or exists in a poorly constructed application what would it be?

I`m working on my software line and looking for more ideas :)

A simple CMS that works on categories (which can have articles attached or can list the articles within them or both, you choose where on the page), with all urls in the format domain.tld/category/article-name.

All the current CMS systems I find take more time to use than either getting a custom made one for a larger site or just using php includes...
