Hi there,

A friend of mine has asked me to try to promote and make his site 'profitable'. It's a games based website, and was getting around 100 uniques a day until he took it offline for a few days (doing some kind of work on it). Now it struggles to get 60, and I don't really have a clue what to do with it.

I looked at his fastclick account, and in a few hours he had made $0.03 - so something just isn't right. It's already in the search engines (PageRank 3), so I just do not know how to promote it.

The URL is games2go.co.uk (http://www.games2go.co.uk)

Anybody have any ideas?

Thanks a lot,
Mike:)

100 uniques a day isn't much for money making. Getting traffic should be priority -- the easiest way to do that is to get more content.

Suppose it isn't really...

What would you say is a 'baseline' for visitors?

I usually don't worry about monetizing a site until atleast 30k page views a month, usually more like 100k though -- unless it is an affiliate site.
