Multiple links and link text

I realise that if you link to a page 2+ times on the same page, Google only counts it as one vote for the page, but what about the link text in each of the links?

I'm guessing that as it only counts one link cos of PR, and the link text is irrelevant to PR, then all the versions of the link text would be counted?

Any ideas?

Always think percentages.

Two two word links could very possibly be counted as one four-word link.
