Looking to Sell Website Idea

I have an idea for a community-based website that is very profitable, I'm looking at thousands a month. However, I have no desire to put the time or effort in to set up and manage a website. I want to just straight up sell the idea. Is there anyway to do that safely online? Please i need some help here.

There is little money in ideas like that. IF you really think it would be so successful but lack time, hire someone to do it for you, then sell it.
