When creating relavant anchor links to external sites, should I take the time to add in the "title" attribute for the "a" tag? Or would it be just a waste of my time as an extra title attribute in an external link is not going to make much difference?
To give you context as what types of links I'm talking about. Say that I have a blog post on brain health and in a paragraph a link to a good reference source related to that the topic of brain health.
