Is there an add-on for wordpress that works like Chris has the forum setup? I want to go into an 'admin' area, add words and urls. If these words appear in any of my blog posts I want them to by hyperlinked to the specified URL.

This would save me tons of time and really help with interlinking my own pages.

I know I can program one, I actually have one in use on another site I programmed but if one exists already that'd be splendid :)

I've not seen it, but I'm sure it probably exists.

I found this one:
http://ketsugi.com/software/wordpress/acronyms-plugin/

That does title tags, and a hover for acronyms. It should be easy to remove the css, js, and change title to house the anchor text, and then house the URL in the definition field (of acronym).
