Does Google AdWords allow direct linking?

This article (http://cashtactics.net/02/15/yahoo-search-now-allows-direct-linking/) says that Yahoo allows direct linking to merchant site via affiliate ads. What is the policy of Google Adwords? Does Google allow me to put up an ad on the right-hand column of there SERP that links directly to Amazon.com affiliate products instead of linking directly to my own site?

No! No direct linking for AdWords. You must have a landing page first which link to your affiliate page. I dont know yahoo allowing direct linking until saw that article. which is not a good news for me since it is only for US publisher. Looking forward to see if anyone is utilizing this opportunity
