Actually it looks to be mostly MSNbot.

MSNbot? I thought they used looksmart... If they are dumping them I'll be quite happy...

Yes. They have been developing their own inhouse solution for some time. As early as last summer MSNbot was seen on some of my sites, but lately it has been much more active.

Just checked my stats... It's got all my sites... Some it's gone over every page 4 times and even indexed the flash and shockwave files...

Yes, I've noticed an increase in visits from MSNBot.

i don't think i've ever seen MSNbot hit my site, but i'm listed in both MSN and their directory (from looksmart)...

In my web sites I receive doble msnbot visits than googlebot.
